The Lexington League of Women Voters, in cooperation with Braver Angels, is offering an

interactive workshop to address how ever-increasing political polarization is damaging our

democracy. We will learn how to talk with like-minded persons about those on the other side of

the political divide with whom we disagree. This “Depolarizing Within” workshop will teach us

how to recognize our own “inner polarizer,” as well as instructing us on how to have necessary

and critical discussions in ways that are constructive and positive – methods that will shrink “the

divide” and not expand it.
