LWV Charter School Actions

League of Women Voters of Kentucky President Bonnie Lynch and Education Committee Chair Terry Naydan sent a  letter on charter school issues to new education leaders, Acting Commissioner of Education Wayne Lewis, Kentucky Board of Education Chair Milton Seymore, and Secretary for Education and Workforce Development Don Parkinson. (April 2018)

Earlier, a letter to Commissioner Stephen Pruitt, copied to the state board and all legislators, was sent in October 2017 after discussion by the League’s Education Committee.
