The Transparency Committee meets weekly on Wednesdays from 10 AM-12 PM. The committee focuses on promoting the informed and active participation of citizens in government. We do this by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on state legislative processes that help or hinder citizen participation. Our 2023 report, How Can They Do That? Transparency and Citizen Participation in Kentucky’s Legislative Process, launched this work and led to formation of this committee.
