The League of Women Voters of Kentucky, a nonpartisan organization, will share an overview of the redistricting process which when completed, will be in place for 10 years. Presenters will also show how Congressional maps and Kentucky General Assembly maps could be drawn to better represent Kentucky citizens using 2020 Census data and the same software used for the official process. Feedback from participants will be used to improve those maps and will be shared with members of the Kentucky legislature.

If attending the in-person event, please note: Vaccinations are strongly encouraged. Regardless of vaccination status, all attendees will be required to wear a mask. This community forum will be recorded for delayed viewing. The in-person event begins at 5:30 PM EDT for networking, with the program beginning at 6:00 PM EDT. No refreshments will be served due to Covid-19. This event is FREE to attend, but must have reservation so we can keep audience socially distant & safe.
