The Kentucky League of Women Voters 2017 Convention included dinner, Friday, March 31 with Deborah Yetter speaking on “Fake News.” We met Saturday, April 1 at Lang House attending to business and learning from workshops on Money in Politics, Planning for the 100th Anniversary of LWV and Women’s Suffrage, Membership and Redistricting. Lunch speaker Jason Bailey shared data on possibilities for Tax Reform in Kentucky. Co-presidents Terry Naydan and Nita Smith handed the gavel over to Bonnie Lynch as we ended the convention.
